Terms and conditions

The luggage storage service consists of the rental of lockers located inside this room and suitable for holding luggage for a period ranging from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 60 days.

1. The rates for luggage storage and custody are determined by S.T.S. srl and are visibly displayed inside the room and on the activation totem.
2. "CHECKROOM" is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any object or money contained inside the luggage. Customers are therefore responsible for their baggage and its contents.
3. It is forbidden to deposit plants or animals, living or dead, baggage containing flammable, easily perishable, odor-emitting goods or materials, prohibited by law or which may in any case cause deterioration of the baggage storage infrastructure or damage to other stored baggage.
4. “CHECKROOM” is open every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please collect your luggage BEFORE the closing time, otherwise it will be possible to access the room only the next day with the payment of the extra rental time.
5. The room is under video surveillance 24 hours a day.
6. Smoking is strongly forbidden.
7. The use of "CHECKROOM" is allowed only to people over the age of 18 or accompanied minors.
8. Payment for the service is accepted by credit or debit card (no American Express).
9. Please close the box properly after use, under penalty of a penalty of € 20.
10. Access to the premises is always allowed, in addition to employees and persons in charge of the control and management of the service, also to law enforcement officials, if the request is motivated by service and / or security needs.
11. For security reasons, any forgotten and unclaimed item or baggage will be automatically destroyed after 7 days from the end of the locker rental.
12. "CHECKROOM" reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary in the event of bad use and / or damage to its capital goods available to customers.
13. No complaints will be accepted, and no refunds will be given in the event of non-compliant baggage or deposits.
14. With the payment, the user fully accepts all the conditions established by this regulation which may be modified by "CHECKROOM" at any time.
15. For any legal dispute, the competent court will be that of Trieste.
