Who is the Service for?
The Trieste Luggage Storage service is aimed to all travelers who arrive in Trieste and need to temporarily store their luggage in order to visit the city or dedicate themselves to the purpose of the trip.
The Trieste Luggage Storage service consists of the rental of lockers used for storage and collection, suitable for holding luggage for a period ranging from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 60 days.
The premises is located at a stone's throw from the Central Station.
Cost of the luggage storage service
The rates for luggage storage and custody are on an hourly basis:
- € 0.99 / hour for Standard locker
- € 1.24 / hour for Large locker
Hours of access to the storage room
The storage room is open every day from 7:00 to 11:00.
Luggage must be collected BEFORE closing time. Otherwise it will be possible to access it only the next day with the payment of an extra fee.
24/24 h video surveillance
The premises is under video surveillance 24 hours a day and connected to the security service.
Your baggage is also protected by insurance against theft, damage and loss for a total value of € 500 for each individual bag.
What is Forbidden?
- No smoking inside the premises
- Do not leave the locker open after its use (under penalty of 20 euros)
- It is forbidden to deposit plants or animals (dead or alive)
- It is forbidden to deposit goods or materials that are flammable, easily perishable, or emitting bad smells
- It is forbidden to use the lockers improperly or damage anything inside the premises.
- The service is accessible only to adults or accompanied minors
